We had another company come out first, charged us a lot of money, and unfortunately didn’t get the job done properly. I ended up calling Dryer Duct Dudes and I’m really glad I did. Jonathan rearranged his schedule to come out the very next day because we were having an issue with our dryer.

He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to figure out what was going on, did the job right, and helped us tremendously with our dryer issue. His pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering we had paid significantly more to another company that did far less.

It’s hard to find people who are this accommodating and genuinely care about helping their customers. I really appreciate Jonathan making time for us on such short notice. I would absolutely use Dryer Duct Dudes again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs dryer vent service.

Jonathan is helpful, professional, skillful and communicative. This was our first time hiring DDD, and we will regularly schedule moving forward. I fully endorse without reservation!

Great service. Always does a great job
